ALL returns and exchanges MUST receive approval through notifying apparel@nmwfit.com.
Customer is responsible for shipping unless otherwise deemed by “No Matter What Apparel.
Items must NOT have been washed, worn or altered in any form.
Notification of return or exchange MUST be made with in 15 days of delivery confirmation.
Each order is eligible for ONE (1) return/exchange per order number. (Example: If you have 3 items in one order, you may return or exchange all 3 or less items for that associated order number).

All shipping is done through USPS. Orders are processed & shipped on Mondays and Fridays.
Inventory may not be accurately depicted on the website. This may result in a delayed shipment. Customers will be notified of any delays by the listed email address upon checkout.
MOST items fit true to size.
Please refer to the product description and sizing chart.
Some items may require you to size up.
We recommend washing your items inside out.
Dry your items on low heat to prevent any possibility of shrinkage. Always refer to the garment care tag/label on the specific item.Please e-mail us at apparel@nmwfit.com with ANY questions or concerns and we will be happy to answer them with in 24 hours.
